The following services in the Darwin region have been amended, temporarily closed or opened in response to the COVID-19 pandemic:
The Salvation Army Red Shield Hostel (Darwin) is closed to NEW residents. Existing residents will continue to be accommodated. (correct as at 27 March 2020)
CatholicCare NT offices in Berrimah, Malak and Palmerston will cease shop front services. Services may be accessed through a dedicated support telephone line: 1800 899 855.
Relationships Australia NT counselling services will be conducted via phone and video calls until further notice (correct as at 30 March 2020)
Intake assessments will be conducted by phone; appointments can be made by calling 8922 4852.
Strong Steps Coolalinga is now providing face to face counselling, although phone and video assessments and counselling are still highly recommended. Please call 8983 3413 for appointments.
Admission to residential services has now recommenced (excluding residents of biosecurity zones), and access to CAAPS premises at Boulter Road has returned to normal. Homelessness Outreach Support are recommencing client transport.
All DCLS Seniors and Disability Rights, Tenants Advice and General Legal Services are undertaking all appointments by phone or video link-up. Please phone 8982 1111 for appointments. (Correct as at 30 March 2020)
YWCA Parenting Support Program have cancelled all group sessions, face to face meetings and client transport until further notice. Case management and support will be provided by phone. (Correct as at 2 April 2020)
Takeaway meal service only from their Ozanam House location. Breakfast will be available between 8-9am, and lunch available between 11am-12pm.

The North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency offices are temporarily closed to guests and the general public.
