Despite strong evidence of chronic underfunding and rising client demand for services, homelessness and affordable housing organisations will be among the hardest hit by the Northern Territory Government’s Budget Repair announcement today.

“Front-line services” will be reduced by 1% per annum, however homeless services providers funded by the Department of Local Government, Housing and Community Development, will be reduced will be 3%. Read our media release here.
