Last week, NT Shelter staff Annie and Mike attended the National Homelessness Conference in Adelaide. We were joined by sector representatives sponsored by TFHC and a lived experience delegate from Darwin.

It’s always great to catch up with Shelter Network colleagues including John Engeler, Emma Greenhalgh, Jackson Hills, Travis Gilbert, Fiona Caniglia, Lucia Savini, and Dr. Alice Clark.

Hearing Northern Territory voices and seeing NT artwork on a national stage was a highlight. Skye Thompson, what an incredible presentation on mobility as a cultural right. Jamie-Leigh Barnard and the talented artists from Studio Off The Street (The Salvation Army Australia) well done on the beautiful, impromptu art studio in the exhibition space.
