The latest Out of Reach report from Everybody’s Home paints a stark picture of Australia’s rental market, and the Northern Territory is no exception.
Rental prices have surged across the country, driven by a decade of rising costs and declining investment in social housing, which now makes up just 4.1% of all housing stock nationally.
