NT Shelter chief executive Annie Taylor said the report highlighted that better evidence leads to better decisions.

“This report isn’t about creating more reporting; it’s about identifying what we should be measuring and building the foundation to do it properly,” Ms Taylor said.

“Community housing is about more than managing properties; providers help people sustain tenancies, prevent homelessness and build stronger communities.
