NT Shelter’s Executive Officer Peter McMillan has spoken to Jo Laverty about the dire need for Visitors Accommodation in Katherine and  the need for the NT’s Residential Tenancies Act to be comprehensively reformed and brought in line with legislation in other jurisdictions – to strike a fair balance between the rights of landlord and tenants.
