Community Housing Providers in the NT
The following organisations are registered CHPs operating in the Northern Territory. All are registered under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH).
Not all registered providers operate in the same way. This page distinguishes between providers for whom housing is their primary function, delivering long-term social and affordable housing as their core business, and other registered organisations that provide housing as part of a broader service offering.
Registered providers delivering housing as their primary function
These organisations are CHPs in the fullest sense, housing is their primary function, and they manage long-term social and/or affordable housing either directly or on behalf of government.

The following organisations are also registered under the NRSCH and provide housing in the NT, typically as part of a broader health, community services or support offering.
About Registration
All CHPs listed on this page are registered under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH). Registration requires providers to meet national standards across governance, financial management, tenancy and property management, and community engagement. Registration is not a one-off process, providers are subject to ongoing compliance monitoring and independent assessment.
