NT Shelter has welcomed the release of the Northern Territory Housing Strategy 2026-2030, saying the Strategy provides a direction, but that its success will depend on whether it delivers more homes that Territorians can actually afford. The focus must now shift from strategy to implementation through clear housing supply targets, public reporting and accountability.
